NWB Xylanase

NWB Xylanase is a kind of bio-enzymes in food grade researched & developed & produced under modifying micro-biology deep fermentation, and the zymo-protein without modifying factor is produced by isolating and purifying from micro-biology. The product is according with the standards of enzymes in food grade under FAO, WHO, JECFA & FCC, applying to flour, bread and other bakery products. PRODUCTION STRAINS: Aspergillus Oryzae. ENZYME ACTIVITY: 2,500 FXU-W/g. COLOR/FORM: White, fine powder (product color may vary from batch to batch). THINNER: Wheat Starch. STABILIZER: Sodium Chloride, Dextrin. EFFECT/USAGE: 1. To keep the flour with safe & natural character, for its bio-enzymes to use less chemical additives. 2. To enhance the stability of dough, and better the volume, performance of bread & bakery products. 3. To decrease the ash & sandiness of flour, and better the inner structure of bread & bakery products. DOSAGE: 30---150 p.p.m., or adjust the dosage according to the effect. PACKAGE: 25kg net-weight in PE bag, then in paper-box. ATTENTION TO SAFETY AND OPERATIONAL MATTERS: Enzyme is protein. Enzyme powder or inhalation aerosol may lead to sensitization, it may lead to allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. If prolonged exposure to certain enzymes, it may stimulate the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. The product has been designed to withstand minor mechanical action, but excessive mechanical wear and extrusion will lead to the emergence of dust. Even the small amount of overflow, but also cleaned as soon as possible, clean-up is required to wear respiratory protection equipment.
